1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Digital Bhaiya (Digital Marketing Training Institute & Agency), located in Lucknow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all students, agency clients, website visitors, and users of our services.

2. Course Enrollment and Fees

• All course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed installment plan prior to the commencement of the course.
• Digital Bhaiya reserves the right to suspend access to classes or learning materials if payment installments are delayed.
• Course curriculum and schedules are subject to change to ensure alignment with the latest industry standards.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and practical nature of our training programs, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable. We highly recommend attending our Free Demo Class before making a financial commitment. Registration fees or seat-booking advances are also non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Placement Assistance

While Digital Bhaiya provides 100% placement assistance, resume building, and interview preparation, we do not guarantee a specific job or salary. Employment outcomes depend on the student's individual performance, attendance, skill mastery, and performance during employer interviews.

5. Agency Client Services

• For agency services (SEO, PPC, Web Design, etc.), a separate service agreement/contract will be provided outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
• Digital Bhaiya requires a standard 50% advance payment prior to commencing any agency project work unless otherwise stated in the invoice.
• Client delays in providing necessary access, content, or approvals may result in project timeline extensions.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, videos, and documentation provided by Digital Bhaiya are the intellectual property of the institute. These materials are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, distributed, sold, or shared publicly without written consent.

7. Code of Conduct

Students and clients are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times. Digital Bhaiya reserves the right to terminate enrollment or service agreements without refund if a user engages in harassment, disruption of classes, or illegal activities.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
